that's my concern though - can't keep everybody happy but...

what if it means he ends ruining the dressing room that he created? Is that then bad management? Don't get me wrong people - he's doing a great job - but he often does at first which is one of the reason he got the job - my worry is why he hasn't continued it into following seasons?
