Christ no - avoid them like the f**king plague!

Their "unlimited broadband" basically only covers the most simple use - trying to download anything during their "peak hours" (officially 4pm-midnight but actually closer to 12-12) is a complete waste of time.

All their customer services are in India - when I had a problem it took 4 phone calls (which lasted 45 minutes each) to get absolutely nowhere, and disconnecting from them was a nightmare as their phone networks can't cope with the number of people trying to get out of their contracts with them.

All in all they're f**king s**t, don't sign up with them.
