but look at shacks. He was lowered in gently and did fine - not because he's better than kents but because nige was careful in how he introduced him to the prem. kent had the wrong attitude and thats why he's now playing for leicester or someone. i hope the same happens to francis. he could have been the next viera, but he got too big for his boots. nige only wants people like shacks at the club and i applaud that.

even if a player isn't a ncfc fan first and foremost, we need players who show loyalty and humility to their employers, cos every member of our team has a lot to learn if we're going to get into and stay in the premiership one day.
