Francis/Pompey/Finni gan
In situations like ours with Francis I think the FA should step in. This is nothing short of a disgrace and I suspect that Mandaric, in conjunction with Finnigan, is trying to instigate a deal on the cheap. Francis obviously isn't that bright because by acting like a kid he's doing himself no favours. I suspect that he's been told to be downright awkward to try and get us to accept a low valuation. The FA should step in when a player effectively goes on strike an set a fee and force the issue. You can't allow players to try to arrange their own departure on their own terms while still under contract. I reckon they've picked on the wrong club with Doncaster and Worthington. Hope they hold out and Pompey get relegated which I believe is a real possibility next season.
