No extension for Ched then?

According to ND a team can only have 4 Under 23 Standard Loans per season. Smith and Bertrand were listed as standard loans, Pearce and Gibbs are Window to Window so must again be standard loans which means Ched's loan can't be extended, or am I missing something?
