Reality Check.
I just wanted to try and stop these silly dreamers that now talk of promotion or slag GR because "lack of ambition".
we have to remember that football clubs don't usally come out of bad expierences like Peter Grant well at all. In fact we could still get religated if we don't keep on with the same form.
As with the new signings. How much money do people think bad purchases like brellier cost the club, quite a bit I bet and this must affect the amount of available cash. It is clear that the club have tried to sign players perminantly like the bids for patterson and tiny, but the club doesn't want to bust the bank buying over the odds when the chances of promotion are slim to say the least. the new boys i think will help to fill the gaps and keep us up untill the end of the season.
Lets look to the summer when we will have a chance to build a new squad for that year.
P.S for those who think we could buy evans are mental. a colleage of mine is a big man city fan and says he is very highly thought of at eastlands and rumours of £500 thousand bid from cardif is laughed off. More like £3million if you want him
