Blackburn boss is ready to snap up Macedonias answer to Steve Gerrard - Velice Sumulikoski.
The midfielder plays for Turkish side Bursaspor and has been capped 36 times for his country and had a spell at Zenit St Petersburg.
The 26 year old would cost about 1 million quid.
Norwich City are also interested, but Blackburn are favourites to sign him
