Better than this?
The man has an idea to raise money for the club.
We have a team here that can help him generate additional revenue once it gets up and running.
Loads of people (in this office alone) give money each month to a charity they probably couldnt give a monkeys about, either to feel better or because they are too much of a sap to avoid those hippy freaks who bother you in the street.
From a personal point of view, If im giving my money to anyone, id rather it go to something im interested in.
From a work point of view, his end goal is irrelevant
