when we first had Taylor we were in the midst of a rubbish run and he looked so much better than every other defender we had.
Now we are playing much better and, quite frankly, I don't know if he is that much better than what we have already.
I would be loath to hump a million quid on him at the expense of someone who could have scored and won us the games v Charlton, Bury (h) and Leicester.
FACT - Taylor was part of the Plymouth fiasco and, in his 8 games here, we conceded 12 goals.
OTHER FACT - in the 7 league games since he left we have only conceded 5 goals.
