i'd guess 100 max
but you can normally haggle and get a lot less. I've never bought a football ticket from a tout, but i know someone who bought a chelsea/arsenal ticket this season for about 80 quid (the idiot). So i doubt touts would ask for more than that.
I've bought tickets for concerts and festivals before though, and i've also sold tickets to touts. They generally try to buy at half the face value and sell at twice the face value, but as i said there is room for negotiation.
