Why is it a joke?
I think it could be quite a good idea. I pay £10 a month to Oxfam and they keep hassling me for more, I would much rather it go to a NCFC transfer fund.
It reminds me of MYFC (I know it is a completely different concept and I wouldn't want to get into that debate) and they have raised about £400k for Ebsfleet Utd.
