the responses aren't about negativity - they're about being teased as if there's some amazing financial story about to break, and then presented with a concept out of the fifth form. Nothing wrong with it, but not a huge amount of thought either - for one I would have taken more interest had the advice requested in the article been sought in advance so there was a firmer proposition.
As always on here, if you're not prepared to take the flak don't set yourself up.
