Yes.....

It's public. Anyone can access.

As opposed to private which you need an invite to.

I do use public trackers as I don't generally dl TV and can't be bothered getting an invite. The site I do dl a lot off is private meaning I can be rather surer that the stuff isn't virus riddled.
