Amsterdam is great (even better if you're a pothead)...

Prague and much of Eastern Europe is supposed to be good for a cheap piss-up (40p pints etc) but full of British tourists looking for a cheap piss-up. Rome, Florence and the south of Italy around (but not in) Naples are all really cool places as well as long as you don't mind Italian people. Always Dublin for a bit closer to home but not really if you like cheap drinks and a fag. That's most of the obvious ones I've stated there though!
