Roeder is clearly a proud man and won't admit it publically but i just hope that privately he acknowledges he got it wrong with that team and formation last night and we don't see it again soon. He was as much to blame as the players last night.*

*Before I get called a moaning tw*t again I would just make it clear that i think Glen has generally done a fantastic job since taking over and overall I am confident we are very much moving in the right direction.
