back from match and from watching manure
Classical game of 2 halves. 1st was the worst i've seen us under roeder, not one player deserves any praise for it and we could count oursleve lucky to be only 1 behind. 2nd half was different altogether, we pressed and harried got an early goal which changed the shape of the match. Croft (who in my opinion was a bit unfit and carrying weight - i know i'm one to talk but still) should have scored after busting a gut to keep up with evans' run and i wondered if we were to rue the missed chance, we were fortunate with the second goal but were already in the ascendency, dions goal was always coming and the man who shames our youngsters was uncharacteristic in missing a sitter. all in all a very good result considering what a lot of ncfc were saying at half time!

oh one other thing, i have been very critical of 2 of our players - russell and camara and have this to say, camara had the best game today that i've seen of him as did russell who passed it about well for him though in the prem he would have been sent off for his continuous lunges that i critiseize when he tires - that is all
