if he helps keep us in this division then it'll be woth a hell of alot more than £250K. This is football for crying out loud, we're not running a market stall, the normal rules just don't apply. We're not picking up enough points to distance ourselves from a relegation dogfight (and goodness knows Roeder has worked miracles to achieve what he has so far) and some of the teams below us are splashing the cash. From what I saw he's well worth a £1M, don't forget he scored twice for us too!
