Surely though......

you must see that the Republican stance, and indeed majority view, is a tendancy to float in from the right to centre ground which is a space occupied by Democrats and particuarly in recent years, Bill Clinton, and hence a choked political playground presents a problem for differentiaition between politicians trying to stand out and make change which is an issue for Brown , Cameron and the smelly Liberal that presents itself as central political Britain of the 21st century.
