why?

ok, spillane clearly has the tallent but seems to fail to make the grade when he starts. but rossi? i hate him. he tarts around the field doing nothing and then when he does get the ball he either just blasts it anywhere or gets knocked of the ball as though he wasnt there. he's terrible!
