Lappin looks a decent backup player
Murray probably not teh player he was before his illness
Brellier looks out of the picture altogether

All of the above played in scotland - not a great league to judge a player's quality in.

Strihavka - I dunno, top scorer with 13 goals (4 in one game) in the czech league could mean anything. Bothroyd turned him down after trailing him at Watford. COuld come good given a chance

As for the academy lads -
Lewis - we need the money at the moment.
Spillane - nothing special at the minute
Eagle - loks severely lacking
Martin - appalling attitude, extremely slow, but does seem to have something.
