but it's odd that internet connection sharing is disabled. That wizard will set it up but be careful it doesn't mess up the existing connections for the pc.

Also before you do that, see the last post on the other thread about making sure the xbox is on and the network connection icon for it is enabled and active - otherwise ICS can be disabled.
