Its the U21's who really cares?

The vast majority of players who represent us at that level fail to make any real impact on the senior squad.
He'd just completed his first full season as a pro (something most of the other lads hadn't) and wanted a break.
I'd rather give him credit for being honest and not going there half arsed, and not trotting out hte usual pony about "honour to represent my country etc etc".
A full cap? yup, honour no question, U21? Nah.
