I don't actually know.

I got LLU'd a while ago meaning that I'm stuck with the Hobson's choice of plusnet (bad but no real problems so far) or Tiscali (f**king dreadful in every possible way) unless I stump up a £50+ fee plus go without a connection for a while.

Therefore I stopped caring about that sort of thing quite a while ago.
