According to the BPI

"The unauthorised distribution of music over the internet is against the law. It infringes the legal rights of artists and record companies."

A leading member of the BPI is SONY MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT (UK) LTD so presumably they take a very strong stance against lawbreakers. Which means they can't be in any way connected with THIS company:
