La Haine

So good it came true several years after.

A Clockwork Orange almost makes the transition from great book to film. Reservoir Dogs / Pulp Fiction, although a bit clever and knowy, were still groundbreaking. Trainspotting? I also have a soft spot for Goodbye Lenin!, which deals with a fascinating period of history in a sensitive and amusing way.
