pangasius
i'd never touch it. they're farmed by vietnamese people under floating huts in the mekong delta, at a density of about 300kg per metre cubed (ten times the normal density). All the family live on the floating platform and their waste all goes into the river... feeding the fish.
Bon Appetit.
