what annoys me most about that

(other than the senseless loss of life) is the fact the other woman may be charged.
There may be details to come out of course, but if these kids are on a road, low down, with poor headlights in the dark (was at 6:00 pm that's dark now) how is she supposed to see them in time coming round a band?
