While I'm on it - another wrath . firefox question

between the two wrath frames I have a white bar with arrow controls, like the vertical ones down the sides. But it's shaded out and so just wasting screen space.

Anyone else have this? Again, don't have it in IE - another mildly annoying FF feature, at least on my PC.
