A few thoughts having been away over Christmas

OK, I've been away and not seen much of us over Christmas but I am happy with two points against two top teams, I'm especially happy to see the character of us coming from behind twice to pinch a point on each occasion.

I am pleased that I wasn't one of the few that wrote off Roeder before his arrival at Carrow Road....those that did must surely be regretting it now? I think he really has steadied a sinking ship.

Next, the truly tragic of Motherwell midfielder Phil O'Donnell - admittedly I didn't know much about the man but it really brings you down to earth when somehting like this happens. A father of 4 left his home to do his daily job and didn't return, in my eyes this is truly tragic. I have read about him this evening and he really was a top bloke.
