and makes constant reference to his ' criticism' of refs. Fact is, if he had to make the instant judgements (seen at ground level with players in the way) and fair decisions that most refs do - he wouldn't last 10 minutes. I have never got on a ref's back, without them we would have no game and just watching the way players go at them gang handed, wide eyed and screaming when they know their mate has blatantly dived in the box does my head in. Good luck to Mr Rennie - he will need it.
