Did you see the story about the child killed whilst riding a quad bike on the road?

Family devestated and all that-but the Father, FFS, let her ride it on a road-illegal for anyone-and at her young age, what the f**k was he thinking about?

Its all very well the driver of the car that hit her being done-so it seems-for this and that, but why was she on the road in the first place?

Another McCann situation-careless and irresponsible parenting leading to heartbreak, is that heartless of me or does it seem -the dog attacks being more examples-happening more and more?
