I've always rated him and think the criticism he's received from some quarters was harsh. Think Grants man-management skills were summed up in the way he handled the whole Gall situation.

Roeder has said he's free to go and I can see why with Marshall, Gilks and Lewis all fighting out.

But I would just like to say thanks for the way Paul Gallacher conducted himself and wish him all the best for the future.
