Look at it this way....

Before the Scunthorpe game you'd have maybe expected this....

Scunthorpe - Point, MAYBE 3 if we were lucky.
Charlton - Point if we were lucky
Wolves - Same as above
Palace - We always lose there.

So looking at those 4 games we were realistically only ever looking at 5 points at best We have 5 from the last three games. Yes we should have beaten Charlton, but equally we should have lost comfortably today.

Therefore in my eyes we've had a decent period, we've not lost, it's continued or momentum of picking up points regularly, which is what it's all about right now, and the games away at Palace etc will not make or break our season given our current position.

5 points from 9 in the last 3 games, I'm happy with that, we're normally atrocious at Christmas yet we're unbeaten in 3, and one was against a relegation rival, the other two were at home vs teams who will be there or thereabouts come May.
