He wrote earlier in the year giving a definition of the boundary which put most of his fence posts half in his land and half in ours. Then he wrote later saying that no the boundary has now moved to match his fence - though he also moved one of his posts recently (to his advantage - though funnily enough that post is still entirely in what I regard as his land), which if the boundary now follows his fence surely he can't do?

Honestly, a load of squit over a few inches of land, but he's been such a w**ker about it that I feel angry...
