No idea. Firefox should take care of that for you.

When you click the "Install Now" button in the page above, you should get a window which asks you if you want to install the plugin, and after a few seconds the Install Now button in that window becomes active. Click that and it should take care of everything for you. Restart Firefox and you're away.
