Not much difference between the two, both great games. I brought the new one mostly for the updates, and yes its slightly harder, finances at smaller clubs is far tighter, but easier to manage, The best part is the board are easier to deal with, if you ask for something and the money's there, they'll do it. so yes worth the 20 quid, i still play on my 07 every now and then, because my norwich team on that is great and i'm in 2019 on there and some serious hours went into it so its very hard to say goodbye to that. lol
