Finace is far more felxible, you can go over the agreed transfer budget aslong as you have the extra money in the bank.. i,e if you have 25m in the bank and only 5m budget.. you can spend the other 20m, just dont go over wage budget at the same time, or you'll be in big trouble, You get a match day previews, whos expected to win, what the odds are, who's on form for with team...tactical changes in real time, so no need to stop the game (cant remember if that was on 07?) More players have a picture on there profile, new skins,an advisor system if you dont know how football manager works, its very handy for the beginner. Theres more, i just cant think off the top of my head.
