Make a folder c:Program FilesCM93, right click the zip file, "Extract To ..."

extract it into your new folder. If there's setup.exe, run that. If there's not, list what .exe files you have got and we'll go from there.

Failing that, in the spirit of RTFM, if there's an M then R it.
