Why Blub.

Mr Evans appears to be a shrewd cookie! £32m AND £9m of Pref Shares = app £3.2M Interest each year. So in his 5 year plan he should get back circa £16M. Where's the gamble? All Ipswich have to do is find another £3.2M per year. Easy hey?
