Sounds like a bloody good scam to me.

Take a debt which is more or less given up on by a major corporation and agree to take it on but only on the basis that it is fully repaid.

Sounds like Norwich Union are happy to be out of the frame when it comes to Ipswich Football Club going to the dogs.
