The biggest average attendance is the Bundesliga, with
40,775 spectators to their league fixtures throughout its 2005/06 campaign.
England’s Premier League is a close second (33,875), with Spain’s La Liga (29,029), Italy’s Serie A (21,968) and France’s Ligue 1 (21,576).
Which means that (on 2005/6 averages at least), NCFC's average attendance is higher than the average attendance in any other top division in the world apart from England, Germany and Spain - including Serie A !
