FAO Sheffield Canary: re the Northern Canaries rant

Just saw the post below.

I'm really sorry you have that opinion of Northern Canaries. I can assure you none of us would be like that but if that's what you saw, that's what you saw. I would say this but we're a really friendly bunch and I simply can't see how that sort of thing would happen.

So anyway, will you give us another go? I'll find you a pub we can watch the game near Grinch... I work about ten seconds away. If the worst comes to the worst, we can always go to the sports cafe, which is about ten minutes away, but I'll try and find somewhere better.

Incidentally (bring out the violins) I was once a lone guy watching Norwich on my own in the North. Then I met up with fellow exiles via Northern Canaries and through that have been lucky enough to make some excellent friends on our travels to games, play football at Carrow Road and Colney, join a five-a-side football team playing every week in full ncfc kit in Manchester (which is just great), ask questions of our board at Northern Canary forums and generally feel about a million times more excited and enthusiastic about Norwich than I ever did when I got the train by myself to Bradford all those years ago.

There are plenty of people in Sheffield who support Norwich too who we know of and who we could put you in touch with. What's not to like?
