i once......

had a 7 thousand volt shock whilst working on high power radar equipment........ did more damage to my hand when the shock of being shocked threw my hand violently back hitting it on a sharp metal cabinet edge....

luckily was following safety training of taking off all metal watches, rings etc, standing on thick rubber mat for insulation and working with one hand in pocket so you dont cause a human circuit, then discharging large capacitors with a Brinkley Stick (no, not "christie!") - still f**king hurt tho and made me a bit warey of working on it!
