when he was appointed.
people pointed out his failures but what can a manager learn without failures.
You can tell GR understands and appreciates the support Norwich get.
He is drilling that into the players so they play with some pride.
If GR completes the "great escape" I would expect Prem clubs to come knocking for his services.
