Noticed some people talking about trains to Fulham...
on here yesterday. Not sure if it's already been mentioned (been away for 10 days) but anyone who wants to go by train is better off going via Cambridge rather than the usual Norwich-Liverpool Street service. You're looking at a 3 hour journey with half of that on a bus if you take usual route. If you get the Cambridge service(?9 with Anglia Rover ticket, we're getting the 9.15) & then hop on one of the London trains at Cambridge(?17 BUT you can get 4 or 3 for the price of 2-we ended up only paying ?8.50 each) you will a)Arrive in less than 3 hours;b)Only be subjected to a bus trip for 15 minutes going & none coming back;c)Should only cost you ?17.50 as opposed to ?20 & d)You can leave London later & still arrive back in Norwich earlier than the fools on the normal service. Make sense?
