This isn't too bad, get days off between shifts,

and on our 4 weekly cycle we have one week where we finish on the Monday night at 7, and are not back in to the next Monday night.. and the shift allowance helps too. Just fallen a bit s**tty for us this Xmas as we are in Boxing day night and day shift on New Year's day !
