Hatton v Mayweather...

Probably the most i've looked forward to a boxing match since Tyson/Lewis (I was about 7 and very naive)

Anyone know why it's in Hatton's advantage to have a ref that will let him 'hold'? Don't know enough about boxing to understand why this is a good thing...
