You can do this like someone who plays computer games or you can have tremendous fun instead. My nephew, mid-20s, spent an evening playing it and scored a lot better than I do, by simply swaying slightly to left and right, gently flicking the controllers from the wrist. He said it was quite good.

Me, I throw every punch with the appropriate force, and duck, bob and weave with everything I can muster. It's EXCELLENT. I grunt with the body shots, shout 'Get UP!' at my dood when he's lying on the canvas, and am a little worried that my neighbours can hear me shouting really bad swearies at injustices and cheating on the part of my opponents. Once, I threw a big overhand right and hissed "TWAT!!!" with three exclamation marks at the same time.

You said previously that the wii isn't exercise: do the boxing like I do, and it is, mate, it really is.
