... to that c**t Smudger and his mates, anyone who questions the board are now turned on. We are in a relegation dogfight ffs, we should never be there. The reason we are there is because mistakes have been made. Lets have a reasonable debate on where the mistakes were made, and then move on. We all support the team come Saturday 3pm (or midnight for me) so lets stay relevant.

I have recruited at an executive level, and have a good record (although a couple of mistakes over the years still annoy me). I would never recruit someone for an exec post who has 0 experience at it though. Give someone a chance in a lower position yes, but for manager? It was a f**k up both with hindsight and without.

I'm proud of Delia and my club, doesn't mean we can't discuss where things have gone wrong does it?
