In case anyone cares, appraisal went well

No money conversation, but distinct improvement, very high hopes for me in the role.
"losing me would be a severe loss to the business apparantly" even though I can't spell, and my grammer is s**t.

Pay reviews April, could be interesting.
All I need to do know is get off my arse, stretch myself again and stop f**king around on here as much like the naturally lazy bugger I am.
